The Hotel System Premium is a modern hotel, conveniently situated close to the city centre but at the on a major route (international road E77 7 Cracow–Warsaw). This excellent location means the Main Square and Krakow Central Station are just minutes from the hotel. An underground garage and guarded parking space are available for guest cars.

In our hotel there is a bar and a restaurant, offering you dishes of old Polish and international cuisine. We offer catering for different conferences, banquets and occasional meeting of all kinds.
To organizers of conferences, symposia and occasional meetings we offer conferences rooms with air-conditioning and full conference equipment . At your disposal are 4 conference rooms for about a dozen to 150 places and also a pleasant Business Room. For lovers of active recreaction we offer the use of our fitness center, free of charge: an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym. Our fitness center, which is available for you till to the late evening, gives you relaxation and rest after a long tour of Cracow or after business meetings.

Friendly atmosphere and staff very polite and helpful in all aspects. Room very cold because of heating being regulated by computer as to temperature outside and not on - therefore needed extra blankets and quilt. Despite the excellent quality, it is too inconvenient to access from the city centre. If it made sense, a free shuttle service from the city to the hotel during the day would make the hotel more attractive
