I could not speak more highly of the hotel Pod Bialym Orlem,1st class room, terrific breakfast and the staff could not be more helpful and friendly, just one very slight criticism, the bar closed at 10pm ,even for residents.

Hotel was bright, clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for sightseeing, shopping, access to trains, buses and trams. Would definitely use it again and would recommend it to friends intending to visit Krakow.

A good central location, with a quiet room at the rear of the hotel. Generally efficient service, though breakfasts were limited in range and quality of food on offer and te dining room was rather cramped for space.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Krakow which is close to everything. Extremely helpful staff and comfortable accommodation. No restaurant on-site but a friendly bar and plenty of places to eat close by.

The hotel was undergoing a renovation while we were staying there (they were putting in elevators). Rooms were quite simple and small, but nice. Service was very pleasant and spoke several languages (English, German and French at least). The highlight of the hotel was the breakfast: great Polish buffet with sausage, various kinds of cold cuts and cheese, and all the American style items (like eggs, bacon, cereal). And of course there is the LOCATION. The hotel is right across from Florianska Gate (the entry gate to the Market Square), which made all of our exploring very convenient.
