The Krystyna Hotel is situated in the Swoszowice health resort in southern Cracow, about 1 km from the city's ring-road and 1 km from Sanctuary in Lagiewniki. It is a two-star hotel.

The hotel is located 100 metres from Swoszowice health resort and around 1 km from the Lagiewniki Sanctuary. The city centre is within a 10 minute ride by car.
