Description

It is ideally situated close to the A4 Motorway to Katowice (80 km) and has easy access to the E77 Road towards Warsaw (300 km). Convenient transport connections ensure fast reach of the city centre (4 km away from the hotel) and the international Kraków-Balice airport (15 minutes by car). For the convenience of guests, the hotel provides free transport services to and from the city centre.

Additional information

The hotel houses the restaurant "The Garden Brasserie" which serves excellent dishes of Polish and international cuisine, the Aperitif Bar, 24-hour room service, a casino, a flower shop, a newsagent's with souvenirs, and a jewellery stall. There is also a spacious car park at the hotel.

Moments of relaxation are guaranteed in the recreation centre which offers an indoor swimming-pool with a summer terrace and a small gym (free of charge), as well as sauna and massage service (additional fee).

Children up to age 16 are offered free accommodation in their parents' rooms, together with breakfast. The youngest guests are given presents at the reception desk upon check-in as well as in the restaurant with a special menu for them. I agree with Adrien : I've been twice in this hotel : first in March 2006 and the second time from october 24th to 27th. Each time I've been nicely Welcomed and have a good sleeping in large bedrooms with all you can wish in a hotel at that price. Parking is at additionnal cost A very good hotel vith pool and sauna, to be recommended. Good food also Rate 4/5

I am surprised by this comments, I get use to sleep in this hotel and I have to say that even if the standards are not so updated the service is very good and employees experienced. I didn't find in Krakow anywhere else so spacious rooms for this price.

I have never been treated like in this hotel. The building and the rooms are still "ok". But the service in this hotel, this is only one time and no more. It's really bad service
