Wislna 10 was excellent value for money. Our (triple en-suite) room was enourmas and very clean. The beds were comfy with a duvet, blanket and foam bounce-back type pillow. There was also a table and 4 chairs which was useful for playing card games. The bathroom was fairly small but very nice with a superb shower and a heated towel rail. It could have done with a plug for the wash basin though. The towels were fairly basic, but large and clean (although they smelled very slightly of cigarettes). The TV didn't show any english speaking programmes so we didn't use it. The breakfast was lovely, although as vegetarians there were only two set breakfasts to choose from, and no fruit or cereal, mainly cheese and bread. The breakfast room itself was lovely, down in the basement and the service was efficient. The best thing about the B&B was the location, just off the main square so very central, yet quiet and close to a small supermarket. There were quite a few steps up to the room and down to breakfast, and no lift, so it can be awkward carrying suitcases and for people who have trouble walking. However, installing a lift would spoil the character of the building which was was very old and beautiful inside. With three of us sharing a room, we could have done with an extra key, but we didn't even ask for one so we can't complain. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. Great location and superb value for money!

Our visit to Krakow was a wonderful experience. We originally planned to go to Krakow so that we could visit Auschwitz, but we soon realised that Krakow as a city has so much for the tourist to see and do. Definitely worth a visit.

Our room was in 3rd floor without lift. It's difficult for elderly and handicapped person. It should be mentioned in description!! However, bathroom was really clean, like brand new.

Wonderful city! Accommodation was OK but I got the impression that there was a mix up somewhere with our booking and the staff were initially not happy. Appliances eg an iron for clothes were not available, even though it was written that they were. The expereince of Krakow was fantastic!

I like Wilsna B&B. It is conveniently located in the old town (just two minute walk to the market square)& within walking distance to interesting places in Krakow. Although my single room is rather small, the toilet & shower room in my room is very clean. Perhaps some hooks should be stuck to the door or wall of the bathroom for hanging towels or clothes. Breakfast is good & the people working at the reception are helpful & friendly. Perhaps they need to smile a bit more. Security wise, I do feel safe as there are double locked doors before entrance to my room. Overall, I had a god stay in Krakow except for the unpleasant unncessary interrogation at Immigration, Krakow Airport.
