The two-storey complex will offer 44,000 m² of retail space. The first floor will be occupied by a delicatessen store, an electronic equipment retailer and 12 medium-sized clothing and cosmetics stores. The upper floor will house 120 outlet boutiques, and the car park will have 1,400 spaces.
FUTURA Park in Kraków will be the second FUTURA project built by NEINVER in
Poland. The rst one, located in Wroc³aw and opened in March 2008, won the Concept
of the Year category in the 2008 Shopping Center Awards competition. The main idea
behind NEINVER’s new project in Kraków is combining under one roof a FACTORY
outlet centre and range of medium-sized units and service points typical for a retail
park.
Both the FACTORY centre and the retail park will be accessible from a 1,400-vehicle car
park, and the number of parking spaces is planned to be increased to over 1,800 after
the facility is expanded in construction stage two.
