Located on the Main Square, Wesele (in English the Wedding) offers fantastic Polish cuisine. The interior is decorated with wreath and ribbons as if prepared for a traditional Polish wedding reception. The name Wesele, also meaning "merriment", reflects the atmosphere of the place - it is festive and joyful. Wesele also offers a nice summer garden.

My husband and 6 year old son got food poisoning from this restaurant on August 9, 2011. The only food item they both had were the potatoes. My husband said they tasted old but he ate them anyway as he was very hungry. That night both of them were up with several stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. We were flying to England that morning and were forced to travel with them both very ill. Paramedics had to meet us off the plane in London. Our trip was ruined as we could not visit relatives or tour London, only stayed in our hotel for 4 nights so it cost us a great deal in money and suffering. Friends that we dined with who live in Krakow have reported them to the health dept. Hopefully no one else has or will suffer what my family did.
