The "Café Golebia" has existed since 1999. Its opening coincided with the first traditional holiday of Bracka and Golebia Streets. In no time it has established itself as a favourite hang-out for students and staff of the Jagiellonian University - in all likelihood due to the proximity of the University and a wonderful ambiance reigning inside. With time, it ceased to be just a café serving coffee and tea only, transforming into one of those places where you meet socially over "a half pint".
