there several times over three years ,food excellent,service good but when we were there in december 07 we found service very poor.When we found a lump of plastic in a cheese cake,and informed the waitress she did nothing. No reduction in the bill and no apology. The manager did not come out to our table. We did not experience this before.IT is not good enough.We are going back to KRAKOW in august and i dont think i will be going to DEL PAPA, OR RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS GOING TO KRAKOW.
