When we were young our parents used to take us to a sweet restaurant where all the kinds of sweets and cocktails were served. This is how Arlekin was established. From children's dream of a better, sweeter world. Today, children always receive a balloon while visiting Arlekin. Also, the familiar atmosphere makes the place  sweeter.
